Phoenix New Times reports on an 18-year-old who says she was handed wine on arrival at a "Wine Wednesday" rush party at an off-campus fraternity house near Meyer Park. Her lawsuit alleges she came out of a bathroom with visible abrasions and bruising around her neck consistent with strangulation. We haven't verified the fraternity's name or its ASU status.
